Funny Kiddos

Hey, I'm thinking about doing a line of cards with funny kiddo quotes. Have your kiddos said anything funny lately?

You know you have a 2 year old boy when...

you're driving down the street (by yourself!) and every time you see some heavy equipment, you get the urge to blurt out "Hey, look at that dump truck!" or "Check out that tanker!"

Billy Blank's TOTAL BODY FAT BLASTER

So...I just finished my first Tae Bo (TOTAL BODY FAT BLASTER) workout of 2007. It's a very inspiring name for a workout.

I think my legs are going to fall off.

My neighbor just gave me all of his wife's old Tae-Bo DVDs. Yikes! I 'said' I would use them...

I have fond memories of Tae-Bo and some particular students at Oregon State University.

Making my own planners?

Yah, I know it's crazy. But I like to make my own planners! Here's the old one (2006-2007).


And the new one (2007-2008).

My favorite part is making the covers. They are usually a collage sealed with Mod Podge (one of my all time favorites). I like sewing all the pages together, too. I learned bookmaking in a book I got from my friend Katie. Thanks Katie!

At the Aquarium

Yesterday my friend Rosemary and I ventured (with our 4 kids!) to the Aquarium. While we were there, we saw one of these in the big tank.


A 12(?) year old girl nearby said, "Hey, that one looks just like my dad when he's MAD!"
