Quiet Book Project
I'm finally posting pictures of the Quiet Book (sort of like this one) I'm making for Sissy. She really likes it! Let me know if you have any questions. This is an ongoing project and you can see fuller descriptions here, if you like.

2010 Census
I'm really excited for the 2010 Census forms to arrive in the mail. I think mostly because when I lived in Salt Lake City in 1998, I visited the Geneological Records area of the a church residing in that town which will remain unnamed here. Anyway, I found a listing of my grandmother, when she was six, living with her mother and her grandparents. Amazing! The scripted hand it was written in was beautiful. And I just imagined real people visiting real homes filling out these forms, probably over cups of coffee! Crazy. We've come a long way, baby.
