Well, today was the big day at MOPS. We made vermicomposting bins! I mean, worm bins. I'm not positive why, but many of the worms had died by the time this morning rolled around. I think I was over-attentive or maybe it was a lack of enough moisture and not enough prayer. My friend Jacinda braved the smell and sorted through to find live worms for everyone. What a trooper!
But everyone who wanted to got to make a bin to take home. I just hope the moms have a good experience with these little wormlets. Eat, buddies, eat! Keep those kitchen scraps out of the landfill!
