It's all about perspective! This is another Every Day Matters Challenge. "Draw some organized chaos about your home." So here it is. My kitchen! Doesn't look chaotic?! That's because from where I was sitting I couldn't see the sink, or the dishwasher, or the tops of the counters! So I guess chaos/cleanliness is all in the eye of the beholder, or depends on your perspective, or whatever!My drawing class has been focusing on perspective/vanishing points/eye level/etc. so it was fun to do up this little sketch practicing THAT kind of perspective. I also got to use my favorite medium: Good old fashioned Pilot in my journal! And to use my favorite technique...CROSSHATCHING! There's just something so satisfying about CROSSHATCHING.
