Creative Sunday

Some really cool artsy friends of ours came through town. What a blessing they are. Plus really talented. They encouraged us to spend time doing art - so we did. Our first Creative Sunday was last week.

It was fun, messy, and slightly scatter-brained - as we have kids.

And loads of them.

And they're loud.

I'm hoping to make this a family rhythm. I'm personally working on a project for our church website. I'm hoping it ends up looking more like an explosion than an edelweiss flower (as in the thumbnail sketch).
